Serving Divlong in Hackensack, New Jersey, as principal, Charles J. Diven Jr. is a real estate developer with decades of experience working on a variety of projects, from massive recreational facilities to multifamily structures. One of Charles J. Diven Jr.’s major projects was the OTB facility in the Bronx. He oversaw this project from conception through to tenant occupation.
In addition, he constructed a 63-acre sports complex in Westchester Country. This project involved significant collaboration with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation because of surrounding wetlands.
